State Adoptions: Core Learning participates in certain state-level adoptions of instructional materials. State adoptions result in long term supply contracts with guaranteed pricing at special discounts. The current adoption contracts cover the following supplementary products:

State Supply Contracts: Core Learning has entered into 2 contracts for supply of its products at a 30% discount. Schools and educators in Texas, California and Pennsylvania are eligible to purchase under these contracts as follows:

Texas
1. Contract with the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB): Texas buyers can buy online from www.buyboard.com
Pennsylvania and California
1. Contract with PEPPM Technology Bidding and Purchasing Program: Pennsyvlania and California buyers can fax orders to PEPPM at 1-800-636-3779 or go to www.peppm.org for information on ordering from PEPPM. Online orders may also be placed through PEPPM’s ecommerce partner Epylon at www.epylon.com.
