Complete Math Course Series Content on CD-ROM
A collection of installable CD-ROMs containing all 3 Math Course books (Textbook, Workbook, and Help Guide), for each of our four Math Courses; Fractions , Decimals & Percents , Geometric Shapes and Basic Measurement , are now available for schools to purchase.
The installable CD-ROMs contain full-color PDF files that can be loaded onto a server and made accessible for all students and teachers for an entire school. With over 1400 pages of math instruction and math worksheets, this collection offers teachers the resources they need for their math lessons. Teachers can print entire books, or choose to print by unit or topic. The CD-ROMs include a license to copy or republish the contents of the books for use in the school environment. The CD-ROM's are available as site licenses by individual Course, or bundled to include all four Courses.
The content of the Math Course Series is organized by major math strand and the Course materials meet or exceed the standards set by the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics at the elementary school level. The Course content is organized by Topics with each Topic addressing a learning outcome. The Series covers 136 elementary math learning outcomes.

Math Course 2, Decimals & Percents: Step by Step covers the concepts of decimal numbers and percents, how to perform arithmetic operations with decimals and percents and how to convert part numbers between fractions, decimals and percents. Math Course 3, Geometric Shapes: Step by Step addresses the properties of common geometric shapes including triangles, quadrilaterals, circles, cubes, prisms and cones. Common geometric theorems are explained and proofs provided. Concepts of symmetry and transformation of shapes by shifts, rotations, reflections and magnifications are also covered. . Math Course 4, Basic Measurement: Step by Step addresses the major ideas of measurement by identifying types of measurement – length, area, volume, time and temperature. Students explore the standard units of measure for both customary and metric systems, selection of appropriate units, the conversion between units, and estimation techniques.
